Hi, I’m Ophelie, an aerial artist, performer, and coach with over 30 years of experience in circus arts, and over a decade of coaching. My journey began with gymnastics at a young age, and by the time I was 8, I was training with highly skilled circus coaches from Cirque du Soleil (CDS) and Moscow State Circus. However, my path hasn’t been without challenges—multiple surgeries and health conditions forced me to reimagine my approach to movement, which deepened my understanding of the body’s resilience and potential.

This unique journey has shaped my passion for coaching. I hold 15 qualifications, including certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Aerial Coaching, Personal Training, Functional Range Conditioning, and Pre/Post Natal Fitness. My approach blends holistic practices with strength and conditioning, specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional anatomy. I focus on creating long-term, sustainable fitness programmes that prioritize strength, flexibility, and recovery, helping you not only perform better but feel better in your everyday life.

I became a coach because I know firsthand the importance of having someone who truly listens and adapts to your individual needs. Too often, I found that cookie-cutter coaching methods couldn’t address the intricacies of my physical limitations or the demands of aerial arts. That’s why I focus on personalized, adaptive training—whether you’re an aerial athlete or someone simply looking to build strength and flexibility, I tailor each session to meet your goals. My clients come from all walks of life, and I’ve helped people of all ages achieve incredible results, from mastering complex aerial skills to improving overall health and wellness.

What sets me apart as a coach is my holistic approach that extends beyond the physical. I’m a passionate advocate for mental health and mindset training, believing that a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body. My programs emphasize mental well-being, helping you build not only physical strength but the resilience and confidence to reach your full potential. You’ll never find me pushing restrictive diets or aggressive, unsustainable training methods. My coaching is about creating balance, promoting positivity, and ensuring that your progress is long-lasting.
