Ophelie launched The MVMT Clinic, a concept including regular classes online or at your own office to keep your employees healthy and happy through postural assessments, mobility work, stretching, meditation and percussion gun therapy.
With access to studios with aerial facilities across London, Ophelie’s classes are proving to be very popular. You can treat your team to discover aerial fitness including aerial hoop, aerial yoga, aerial Pilates, trapeze and floating meditation for up to 12 people at competitive rates.
